Digital Products — No Return Policy

All products sold on Calming Crib are digital downloads or documents delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You request immediate access to the digital content, and
• You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal upon accessing or downloading the content.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at jules.debruyn@icloud.com . We will do our best to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
