1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Calming Crib website and the purchase of digital products offered through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products

All products sold by Calming Crib are digital documents delivered electronically. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are binding once confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

Digital products are made available immediately after payment confirmation via a download link or your account. Delivery is considered complete once access has been granted.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is waived for digital content upon the consumer's express consent at the time of purchase. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital documents sold through Calming Crib remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Purchasing a document grants you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

Calming Crib is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased documents. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. As an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
